Previously: at BoardWalk Group, facilitated engagements with community members, lived-experience advisors, frontline providers, and cross-sectoral partners, and turned them into strategic and operational plans and equity frameworks for executive and funder audiences; also served on the strategic planning committee for the Harriet Tubman Organization.

Previously: at Pride Toronto, secured more than $500,000 in grants across federal and provincial funders. At TIFF, raised more than $1M in major gifts for Viola Desmond Cinema Campaign. At Workman Arts, grew organizational funding by 10% through a diversified development strategy.

A typical engagement: designing and delivering a workshop series for staff or board, tailored to your context, with tools the team can keep using after the sessions end.
Previously: through Evenings & Weekends Consulting, delivered anti-oppression and DEI workshops for boards and executive teams at Building Roots, Results Canada, and United Way. At Workman Arts, designed and launched a Mentors in Residence Program supporting 6 mentors and more than 50 participants, raising learner satisfaction by 20%.
