Implementing and Driving Change.
I help arts, healthcare, and community organizations across Ontario turn research into funding, strategy, and action that teams can actually deliver.
Most organizations I work with are not short on commitment. They are short on time, evidence, or a clear plan. Maybe a funder wants proof you cannot easily pull together. Maybe a strategic plan has stalled. Maybe you know a program is working but cannot show it on paper. Maybe your staff need more support in building their capacity for implementation and change management.
That is where I come in. I help mission-driven teams answer hard questions, build clear strategy, and secure the funding to act on it.
THE PROBLEM
$500K+secured for client programs
6+ years combined in applied research and strategy
15+ organizations served across Ontario
3 sectors: arts, healthcare, community services
With experience supporting arts and healthcare organizations across Toronto and Ontario, I partner with teams to navigate complex challenges, secure funding opportunities, strengthen programs and services to drive clear impact, and build strategies that lead to meaningful outcomes. My work has helped organizations secure more than $500,000 in grant funding while developing research-informed frameworks, engagement processes, and action plans that teams can actually implement.
My approach combines applied research, qualitative engagement, and equity-informed practice. I work closely with staff, leadership, and community stakeholders to uncover what matters most, translate findings into clear recommendations, and create alignment around the path forward.
Clients value my ability to balance analytical rigour with genuine collaboration. I ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and create space for diverse perspectives while maintaining a strong focus on results. Whether leading stakeholder consultations, developing strategic plans, conducting community-based research, or supporting funding initiatives, I help organizations move from ideas to action with clarity and confidence.
I hold a Bachelor of Fine Arts from OCAD University and a Business Process Improvement Certificate from York University. I have also served in board and executive leadership roles with organizations including the OCAD Student Union and Cultural Pluralism in The Arts Movement Ontario, experiences that continue to inform my commitment to community-centred leadership and systems change.
